I am sharing this so others clearly understand how billing is handled by this office. We were required to pay thousands of dollars upfront for my son's oral surgery before anything was even submitted to insurance. Ms. Doshi took me to a separate room and required that I pay the entire amount before the procedure. This was not presented as an estimate or a temporary hold—it was collected in full at the time of service. Afterward, the office submitted the claims to insurance, which processed them and determined that our actual patient responsibility was a little over $100. Despite being an in-network provider and having received payment from insurance, the office made no effort whatsoever to reconcile our account or refund the excess amount collected. For more than six months, I made repeated attempts to resolve this directly with Ms. Doshi and the office through phone calls, emails, text messages, and a detailed written complaint. Delta Dental representatives also informed me that they made multiple attempts to contact the office regarding this matter. Dr. Bagheri did an amazing job on my wisdoom tooth surgery! I had all four taken out at the same time, and I was incredibly nervous before my procedure since I had never been under anesthesia before. He was very kind and reassuring. I am 4 days post surgery now and am healing fast with very mild pain! My first day of recovery was not as excpected unfortunately but that was due to my adverse reaction to the pain killers I was prescribed, so that was very difficult. However that was my own reaction and not Dr. Bagheri being at fault! I appreciate how smoothly the extraction was done, and my healing process after day 1 has been better than expected. Obviously you will be in pain and discomfort for a few days, but if you take the right steps it will go well! I would 100% recommend Dr. Bagheri to anyone who is looking to do the wisdom tooth surgery!

I cannot recommend Dr. Bagheri enough! I’ve always had major anxiety about dental visits, but his bedside manner instantly put me at ease. He walked me through the entire process of removing all four of my wisdom teeth—teeth I had been holding onto for 21 years! Every step was clearly explained, which really helped calm my nerves. After the procedure, I got anxious about the healing process. Dr. Bagheri personally reached out to me twice after hours just to check in and make sure I was okay. He even had me come back in just to ease my mind. When I was worried about getting a dry socket, he wrote out a detailed list of things to do to prevent it. He truly goes above and beyond for his patients. If you’re nervous about oral surgery, Dr. Bagheri is the one you want by your side. Also, bonus points: he has great eyebrows!

Amazing dentist. Great bedside manners. My 16yo son had all 4 of his wisdom teeth extracted by him. Dr Bagheri communicated with my son very well, explained the procedure and after care. My son only had pain for a few hours after the procedure (as expected) and once he took his medicine, he has been pain free since then. Everything is healing well. Definitely recommend him.
